It might not feel like it right now, it will though. Even on the stormiest night the sun still rises. I believe in you. Save this and read it every day until you believe in you.

I almost cut my bangs the other day. I had to take a step back and think do I really want the look and commitment or am I trying to control something I have control over while everything else is spiraling. Guess which it was?

When things are out of our control or seem that way , we tend to make decisions we wouldn’t normally make because it’s something we can control. Hair is the perfect example. Color it. Cut it. We can control it.
Bangs are a commitment though so if you feel like you want to cut them. Go inward for a minute before deciding if it’s something you really want or something you are wanting to do to feel in control.

Being a human is hard! Being a human while parent

Being a human is hard! Being a human while parenting other humans…harder. Being a single human while parenting man humans even harder. Add an extra chromosome to the mix and entrepreneurship to the mix and daaaaaaang. Life is hard and it’s also absolutely fabulous. Some days harder than others. Mornings can be tough and my stress levels were at peak! Emotional Freedom Techniques is a powerful way to calm your Nervous System. Even just tapping the proper points without saying anything can diffuse some stress.

I have some free tappings on my grid.
Visit my bio link to purchase a tapping that can be used when Mom guilt is high, like after a human moment.

Now trying tapping on your chest bone a bit. Tell me in the comments if you noticed a shift.
